Ask five agencies what social media management costs and you'll get five different non-answers — "it depends," "let's hop on a call," a package tier with a name like "Growth" that doesn't say what's actually in it. We'd rather just tell you: our pricing is flat, quoted upfront, and tied to what we're actually doing for your account, not to a tier name.

The number that actually matters isn't a single price — it's what's driving it. Two accounts can cost the same and look completely different, or cost different amounts and include the exact same work. Before you compare quotes, you need to know what you're comparing.

What's Actually Included

  • Custom content creation & scheduling
  • Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
  • Community management & replies
  • Audience growth strategy
  • Monthly performance reports

Every one of those is included at every pricing tier we offer — the difference between tiers is volume and platforms, not which of these you get access to. We don't hold community management or monthly reporting back as an upsell. See the full breakdown on our Social Media Management page.

"If a lower price means fewer of the basics, it's not actually a lower price — it's a smaller service."

What Actually Drives the Price

Three things move the number, and none of them are secret: how many platforms we're managing (Facebook and Instagram together cost less than adding TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn on top), how much ad spend you want us managing (we don't mark up your ad budget — the management fee is separate from what you spend with Meta or Google), and how much original content we're producing versus repurposing.

One thing that doesn't move the price: how good a month you had. Flat-rate means flat-rate — we don't charge more the month your engagement spikes, and we don't disappear the month it dips.
